Raw Materials

Our company has established more than one hundred acres of joint planting in line with GAP standards bases in Guangxi , from soil, water to seeds for the whole process of control, to ensure that raw materials without agricultural residues, no excessive heavy metals. Local plant resources such as monk fruit, persimmon fruit, and citrus fruits can leverage their geographical advantages to establish long-term direct procurement models with farmers in the production areas，which ensures the purity of raw materials.

Production

The production workshop covers an area of 30000 square meters, the annual processing capacity of 7000 tons of raw materials, annual production capacity of about 2000 tons. The core production area is designed in strict accordance with GMP standards, reaching the purification standard of class 100000, effectively preventing secondary pollution in the production process. With a number of independent production lines, can effectively solve the problem of cross contamination in the production of plant extracts.

R&D And Quality Control

The R&D Technology Center is equipped with a natural product separation and purification laboratory, a process optimization research room, an analysis and testing center, and a stability examination room. Our company is equipped with a variety of testing equipment such as HPLC, UV, and GC. It also establishes internal control standards for the enterprise in accordance with domestic and international mainstream pharmacopoeia standards (such as CP/EP/USP), and sets up strict online monitoring at key control points (CCP) of production to ensure the stability and safety of each batch of products.
